How Does Vitruon Implement an Optimization Application?
Every Vitruon optimization application follows the same core roadmap, from discovery to long-term support.
Development
Development starts with discovery — collecting and processing your data and understanding your processes and requirements. Based on this discovery, we design and build a customized optimization application aligned to your business rules, data, and performance targets.
Implementation
Once approved, we execute the implementation and change management — environment setup and integrations, data migration, testing (functional and UAT), user training and onboarding.
Stabilization
Post–go-live, we monitor performance, resolve issues, and fine-tune models and parameters. New features are prioritized and delivered through new releases.
Support
Vitruon provides ongoing support, maintenance, updates, and version upgrades, plus strategic guidance, including performance monitoring, technical troubleshooting, and periodic product and business reviews, to ensure the app delivers measurable impact and value.
How Long Does Implementation Take?
Implementation timelines vary by application and follow one of two tracks. For AIMMS SC Navigator, configuration and implementation timelines are based on project scope. For the rest of our Optimization Suite applications, the typical path is a 2 to 4 week business case followed by 6 to 12 weeks of configuration and implementation. Both tracks are followed by a multi-year cycle of ongoing support and continuous improvement.
